Sir Philip Green went into the grilling vowing to put his side of the story, and he took every opportunity to do so – interrupting MPs, refusing to answer questions he didn’t fancy, and taking criticism extremely badly. Broadly, his position is that some mistakes were made, but it’s not really his fault.
