After hefty changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code in previous years, the FRC isn’t planning any major updates in the next three years, focusing instead on encouraging high-quality governance reporting. In advance of the release of the FRC annual corporate governance and stewardship monitoring report, and drawing on our latest governance research, we outline five reporting challenges coming up for companies in 2016, and how to address them: 1.
