Generation Z Values

Our sidebar survey of more than 3,200 Gen Zers shows that the generation shaping the future of the workplace most values employers that provide equal opportunity for pay and promotion, along with opportunities to learn and advance professionally. Gen Z respondents also indicated that their parents’ work experiences could be powerful influencers in how they trust their future employers. The majority of global (58%) and US (53%) Gen Z respondents reported that their parents’ or guardians’ work experience had a “very or somewhat positive” impact on how much trust they would place in future employers.
